Annotated Bibliography
"An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents. Each citation is followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited. It includes two paragraphs: a summary and a reflection on its applicability to his/her own research, respectively."
Activity: Create an "Annotated Bibliography" document. Research at least 2 videos, 2 scholarly articles, and 3 newspaper articles that address the key background questions and knowledge for your project; Why is this an issue? What contributing factors have created this issue? What has been done to address this issue? Why is this a need? What has been done in the past regarding this project? What non-profits exist? What events have been planned and executed? Etc.
This is an assignment geared toward getting you up to date on the latest and greatest things associated with your project.
Sources needed:
2 Videos
2 Scholarly Articles (Journals, Google Scholar, etc)
3 News Articles
3 Personal Sources (the 3 points of contact from last week)
***List these people on your annotated bibliography and include: Contact Information, Name, Job Title, Company - and in your paragraph write how this person’s knowledge and experience can benefit your project. If you haven't already contacted these people, please do so prior to adding them to your Annotated Bibliography.
